Our Inspection.
Exterior inspection: Grade, drainage, all walks and drive ways, patios and decks, inspection of the roof, chimneys and vents, siding, fascia and soffit, windows, trims, doors and exterior foundation.
Interior Structure: Attic inspection, roof construction, visible framing and foundation.
Interior: Floors, walls, insulation, doors and windows.
Electrical: Main panel, sub panels, outlets, distribution wiring, fans, switches, lights, fixtures and junction boxes.
Plumbing: Supply piping, toilets, faucets, fixtures, tubs, showers, pumps and drains.
Mechanical systems: Furnaces, Boilers, Hot water heaters, fireplaces, electric base board heat, heat recovery ventilators, all cooling systems and appliances.
We will also inspect the garage for defects.
All out buildings, pools, hot tubs, wells and septic systems will be an additional fee.
